Refunds, Returns & Order Help

At Tulip Blooms, every product is made with care in small batches by our family business. Because our products are personal care items, we handle returns and refunds thoughtfully, with both product safety and customer care in mind.

If something went wrong with your order, please reach out. We’re here to help.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing an item.

Email us at Hello@tulipblooms.shop with:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A brief description of the issue
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable

Once we review the details, we’ll personally help find the best solution.

Returns

Because Tulip Blooms products are small-batch personal care items, we may be limited in accepting returns once a product has shipped, been opened, or used.

For safety and quality reasons, opened skincare, body care, bath, and personal care products are generally unable to be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or there is another order issue, please contact us so we can review it personally. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund once it has been issued.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@tulipblooms.shop.

We’ll do our best to help before the order ships. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Sensitive Skin or Product Concerns

We want you to feel confident using Tulip Blooms.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, pregnancy-related questions, or are unsure which product is best for you, please reach out before ordering. We’re happy to help you choose carefully.

If you experience an issue with a product, stop using it and contact us with your order number and details so we can help guide you.
